Spätzle Haus
At Spätzle Haus, you can savor traditional German Spätzle—delicate, hand-crafted dumplings that are the epitome of comforting, European cuisine. Spätzle are soft, noodle-like dumplings made from a simple mixture of flour, eggs, and salt, often enjoyed with a variety of savory sauces. This authentic taste of Germany is perfect for transporting you to the festive streets of Europe!
As a young child, Chef Selma fled the war in Bosnia and found refuge in Germany, where she developed a passion for the rich flavors of traditional Christmas Markets. Now living in Seattle, Selma and her husband, Eric, run Baked in Bosnia, bringing a taste of Europe to the Pacific Northwest.
At the Seattle Christmas Market, you can also visit their other huts, Goulash Haus and Cream Puff Haus.
