Casa de Paella by Paella House brings you authentic cuisine from Spain with quality you can trust. They take pride in offering the best ingredients available, using organic vegetables and meats which are all hormone-free and antibiotic-free and come from local farms. Their paellas are all made with world-class saffron from Castilla La Mancha, Bomba rice grown in Valencia, and other imported ingredients from Spain including extra virgin olive oil, and sweet-smoked paprika.

Cream Puff Haus

Known as Princes Krofna in Bosnia, these Cream Puffs are choux pastries filled with chilled decadent custard and real whipped cream. With a dusting of powdered sugar, it is rich but not overly sweet. Made locally by hand from scratch.

As a young child, Chef Selma fled the war in Bosnia and found refuge in Germany, where she developed a passion for the rich flavors of traditional Christmas Markets. Now living in Seattle, Selma and her husband, Eric, run Baked in Bosnia, bringing a taste of Europe to the Pacific Northwest.

Curious about Schnitzel? This beloved dish features a tenderized boneless meat cutlet, breaded with a perfect blend of flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, then deep-fried to crispy, golden perfection. Originating from Austria, the Wiener-Schnitzel is the most renowned variety, with its history dating back to the late 1800s. Stay warm at the Seattle Christmas Market with Goulash Haus’ rich and hearty goulash! Brezel Haus

The Pretzel Haus, by Kaffeeklatsch Seattle, will be front and center providing ‘Brezeln’ to all the hungry Christmas Market shoppers. Traditional German pretzels are known for their distinctive twisted shape, crispy golden-brown crust, and soft, chewy interior. These pretzels are often sprinkled with coarse salt and can be enjoyed plain or with various toppings. In addition to pretzels, Kaffeeklatsch Seattle will be selling delicious German holiday cookies and stollen at their other hut, Stollenhütte.

Established in 2011, Kaffeeklatsch Seattle has been providing traditional German baked goods and fresh coffee to the North Seattle area. Over the past 14 years, Kaffeeklatsch has become the main Seattle producer of stollen, pretzels, and fine German pastries.
