The Pretzel Haus, by Kaffeeklatsch Seattle, will be front and center providing ‘Brezeln’ to all the hungry Christmas Market shoppers. Traditional German pretzels are known for their distinctive twisted shape, crispy golden-brown crust, and soft, chewy interior. These pretzels are often sprinkled with coarse salt and can be enjoyed plain or with various toppings. In addition to pretzels, Kaffeeklatsch Seattle will be selling delicious German holiday cookies and stollen at their other hut, Stollenhütte.
Established in 2011, Kaffeeklatsch Seattle has been providing traditional German baked goods and fresh coffee to the North Seattle area. Over the past 14 years, Kaffeeklatsch has become the main Seattle producer of stollen, pretzels, and fine German pastries.
