They will bring their Sleigh Bells holiday blend as espresso and batch brew to the Seattle Christmas Market, as well as their Sugar Plum Fairy (their spin on a babyccino), hot tea, and locally sourced chai.

True North Coffee Roasters is a family-owned and operated craft coffee roaster in Seattle. Their small but mighty team has quietly set the standard for exceptional craft coffee in the Pacific Northwest since 2001. They offer accessible, responsibly sourced, and reasonably priced coffees always selected from the season’s best harvest through their green coffee partnerships.

Cream Puff Haus

Known as Princes Krofna in Bosnia, these Cream Puffs are choux pastries filled with chilled decadent custard and real whipped cream. With a dusting of powdered sugar, it is rich but not overly sweet. Made locally by hand from scratch.

As a young child, Chef Selma fled the war in Bosnia and found refuge in Germany, where she developed a passion for the rich flavors of traditional Christmas Markets. Now living in Seattle, Selma and her husband, Eric, run Baked in Bosnia, bringing a taste of Europe to the Pacific Northwest.

Tin Can Cakes

Satisfy your sweet tooth with a small three-layered personal cake that is made in a variety of fun and unique flavors! They offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options – truly something for everyone! Lovely & Dapper is a husband and wife run business who operate the Seattle Christmas Market’s Gateaux Hütte and create these delicious “tin can cakes” from scratch.

Stollenhütte

The Stollenhütte, by Kaffeeklatsch Seattle, will be front and center, offering traditional German Stollen and shortbread to all the hungry Christmas Market shoppers. Stollen is a festive bread filled with dried fruits, nuts, and marzipan, dusted with powdered sugar. It is a cherished Christmas treat in Germany, and now, guests can bring home this delightful tradition to their own tables! In addition, Kaffeeklatsch will be offering traditional German Pretzels at their other Christmas Market hut, Brezel Haus.

Established in 2011, Kaffeeklatsch Seattle has been providing traditional German baked goods and fresh coffee to the North Seattle area. Over the past 14 years, Kaffeeklatsch has become the main Seattle producer of stollen, pretzels, and fine German pastries.
