Design the Seattle Christmas Market 2025 Mug
Hey there, designers! We’re reaching out to all of you with an exciting opportunity. We’re on the lookout for a Christmas design to feature on our 2025 collectible mug. We are sure that many talented designers are visiting the Seattle Christmas Market, and we would love for you to join in on our first mug design contest. Ready to showcase your amazing design skills and help us make our Christmas mug one for the books? The winning design will be rewarded with a cheque for $1000.
This is how you can enter the contest:
- Choose a base color for the mug.
- Design the mug. Please make sure you stay within the guidelines below.
- Send your design to info@seattlechristmasmarket.com
- Please elaborate in 1-2 sentences why you chose this design
- The submission deadline is Feb 15th 2025.
- Hand in your design in PDF or any other vector format. Mock-ups are not necessary.

The design winner will be contacted by February 28th* The winning mug design will be communicated in October 2025.
Terms and conditions:
The mug contest is voluntary. By sending the mug design to Seattle Christmas Market you give permission to the commercial usage of your design on mugs.
Designers will not be included in mug sales revenues.
Only the winning design will be rewarded with $1000 prize money. The prize will be sent by e-transfer or cheque within 4 weeks after the awarding of the winner.
The final decision on the mug design is up to the Seattle Christmas Market team. The winning mug design is not necessarily the final design of the mug and can be altered.
